In January I spent a week in Las Vegas checking out the latest developments in consumer electronics.
The show was incredibly busy; 170,000 people attended and that does not include the exhibitors.
I saw the latest developments in TV, 8K and all the latest in home automation and home audio. I also saw lots of drones, 3D printers, and had some amazing demo's - Onkyo Dolby Atmos sounded amazing and so did the new DTS format (yet to be announced).
But the highlight for me was a pair of $150,000 dollar Sennheiser headphones powered by a tube amplifier.
